BALancing KIDS & TECHNOLOGY

GO beyond academics
TEACH LIFE SKILLS

HOMESCHOOLING SUMMIT

Day 1

What you & your kids should be focusing on during this crisis...and it's not what you think! 🙂

Think about all the things that get you all worked up with your child or teen and most likely, it’s not about academics.

It’s about NOT obeying, NOT doing their school work, NOT being on their phone so much, NOT connecting with the family…you get the picture.

We’ll have parenting coaches Doug Leslie and Debra Lawrence give you practical things you can “SAY & DO” with your child right now that will move you and your child toward a closer relationship.

Once you put this into regular practice, you’ll have created a habit of how to interact with your child that will bring you closer every time you’re together even after the crisis.

You’ll have more JOY in your home and in your heart.

Day 2

what parents can be teaching
their kids at home

School administrators shares what parents can do to fill in learning gaps while are away from the classroom.

If you’re juggling work & homeschooling, you won’t want to miss this!

Yeah, we thought you’d like to hear from them.  🙂

Learn what you can expect when your kids go back to school in the fall!

Day 3

What parents can do right now with their kids to create
normalcy again

The one thing you can do is REMEMBER WHAT WE ALL LEARNED FROM ALL THIS!

Family therapists and co-authors Diana Baysinger and Kathleen Todd explore the ongoing activities you can be doing NOW and LATER when the crisis is finally over to taking care of yourself and your family.

They’ll also share how this monumental time in our world can transform your life for the better if you choose to look at it that way.

And if you struggle with being HOPE FULL, they’ll share the REAL TRUTH of where HOPE begins and ends.

Day 4

TWO VERY DIFFERENT
HOMESCHOOLED SIBLINGS
SAME OUTCOME | FOCUSED SUCCESS

They don’t like to talk about themselves but now that they’re home, they owe me!  🙂

Our daughter Linzey graduated high school as a junior and received her Associates Degree.

Linzey was the youngest to be accepted into Veterinary School at the world’s #1 Veterinary School in the world.

Will started his YouTube Channel at age 12. At 21, he has more than 1.7 million subscribers.

He bought his first arcade at a large shopping mall at age 14. Will was opening his 5th arcade before the COVID-19 crisis.

Will graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2.5 years.

Will didn’t enjoy school. Linzey did.  Will’s messy.  Linzey’s a neat freak.

Two very different kids.  Same outcome. Determined & Successful.

Invite your kids to this session because 23-yr-old Linzey Leinart is going to give them advice on what they can do during the crisis that will lead them to pursue their passion and how to go for it with all their might!

Also, Linzey is going to share with parents what they can be doing with their young child, teen or young adult during this crisis to help them not just dream but why they should DREAM BIG!

day 5

making homeschooling less stressful & more fun!

We are all feeling the stress of separation and uncertainty as we try to continue learning and working at home.

So the last thing you should be doing is replicating school at home and instead us this time to encourage your children to explore their passions and discover new ideas.

But what exactly does that look like?

Children’s author and 2nd grade teacher for more than 30 years, Karen Morales shares simple activities parents can be doing that will create lasting memories for a lifetime!
